When winters fall and summer fades, I will continue to look ahead

For my eyes have grit, and my feet got wet

And I am all that I have left to live

Be it snow or shine, if the water was wine

May the peace that comes remind

That the sun will rise and the earth will shine

And the warmth of my love will be by your side
