What a World

In the hush of dawn, where the dew drops cling
A bird takes flight on the whisper of spring
With feathers aglow in the soft morning light
It dances on air, a delicate sight
Pecking at water, with a curious gaze
It stirs up the ripples, in a playful haze
Each splash a reminder of joy in the day
As it shakes off the droplets, in a jubilant spray
The grass bends and sways, in a gentle embrace
While the sun casts its warmth, a soft, golden lace
To sit and to watch, as nature unfolds
Is a treasure more precious than silver or gold
In the symphony sung by the rustling leaves
And the laughter of streams, where the heart truly believes
What a world we live in, so vibrant and free
Where peace finds its home, in the heart of the sea
So let us be still, in this moment so rare
With the bird in the dew, and the cool morning air
For in nature’s embrace, we find solace and grace
A reminder of beauty, in this beautiful place
